After first working on the maintenance crew in high school, Steffin rejoined the Esch Team in 2020 as our Sales Executive. He quickly utilized his talents to move into the Sales and Marketing Manager role in 2021 followed by his current role as General Manager. Here at Esch Landscaping, Steffin feels his greatest calling and gift is to lead and help others in all areas of life. He loves looking at new business challenges each day as a chance to make himself and those around him better while propelling the company and client success forward.

Steffin has earned his B.S. in Professional Sales from Central Michigan University and brings over 8 years of experience in business management. He loves to hunt, golf, snowmobile, and spend his free time with his wife, Molly, and three dogs.
