Mechanic (Full Time)

Position Overview:

Currently, our team is seeking an experienced and qualified candidate to fill the role of Mechanic. The Mechanic is a year-round, full-time position and reports directly to the Integrator.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete vehicle and equipment maintenance (routine, annual, and emergency)

  • Ensure vehicle and equipment cleanliness

  • Load securement

  • Update equipment purchasing plan (Capital Asset Plan)

  • Prepare the equipment repair and maintenance budget plan

  • Manage the GPS software and usage (Samsara)

  • Knowledgeable of vendors & pricing, and complete orders for repairs and maintenance

  • Prepare an annual schedule for routine maintenance and communicate to supervisors regularly

  • Ensure timeliness of equipment preparation for each season

Work Conditions:

  • Ability to work with hand tools, small and large engine equipment, and materials

  • Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. repeatedly through an entire work shift

  • Requires good manual dexterity

  • Excellent stamina is required

  • Work near heavy equipment and other vehicles on a regular basis

Minimum Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5-year experience in a similar role

  • A Class A CDL is required prior to hiring

  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and extreme discretion

  • Strong office and interpersonal skills and adaptive intellect

  • Ability to understand problems, ask the right questions, think critically, and identify solutions

  • Thorough proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

  • Must be able to maintain a well-organized filing system

Wage Range:

Based on education, certifications, and experience.
